3. Meditative Touch with Margaret
One on one sessions involving hands on energy work. Sessions assist clients in freeing, balancing and harmonising their energy flow. Most find this a very relaxing and nurturing experience. A complete session can vary between 11/2 to 2 hours depending on the amount of discussion that takes place. Appointments can be made for any day of the week or weekend; evening appointments are available as well. Touch
sessions assist us in opening up and in physically connecting with our
bodies. As the energies flow through the
body blockages and restrictions are removed allowing for a freely flowing life
force. The freer the flow of energy the
healthier our mental and physical states become. As we tune into and harmonize with our
“feeling bodies” the more we become aware of our true potential. Awareness is the first step to change and
growth; once we are aware we can then chose to act and to become that which we
are capable of. Touch,
like meditation, is a heart based journey of personal growth; of seeking and
finding our inner truth. It is a means by which we can connect with ourselves,
with our bodies. We need to be able to receive fully that positive universal
energy that is freely available to us. The
physical body is the means by which we interact and communicate with our
natural environment. The body is the vehicle through which we are able to sense
the energy fields that surround us at all times and it is only by being aware
of the messages that our bodies send us that we can respond appropriately to
our environment. The
body has no preconceived ideas about how to feel - it simply senses what is
actually present. It is important for us to learn how to
listen to our bodies instead of our heads /personalities.
A quiet mind and a relaxed body enable you to go within to discover yourself. Instead of relying on others to “make you feel better” you can do it for your self. You, and only you, are responsible for creating your feelings, moods and emotions.
